The questions everyone asks
How can it be free to build? What's the real cost?
It isn't free — it's spread out. Instead of charging you £2,000 on day one, we recover the build across the twelve-month minimum term. You take on no risk before the site exists; we take on the risk that you'll like it. That's the whole trade.
What happens if I cancel?
After the first twelve months you can cancel with 30 days' notice. The domain is yours and we'll transfer it to wherever you want it. The site itself is built on our platform and stays with us, in the same way the fee stopping means the hosting and maintenance stop.
Do I own the website?
You own your domain, your content and your images outright. The build itself is licensed to you for as long as you're paying the monthly fee — that's what makes zero upfront possible. If you'd rather own the site outright, ask us and we'll quote a one-off build price instead.
How long does it take?
Most sites are ready to look at inside two weeks of the first conversation, and live within three or four once you've had your say on it. Bigger builds with shops or booking systems take longer, and we'll tell you how long at the start.
Can you change things after it's live?
Yes, though changing what's on the site sits outside the monthly fee. Small one-off jobs — new opening hours, a phone number, a price — we'll just sort for you. Anything larger, like new pages or a new section, is quoted as a one-off at a fair price and agreed before we start. What the £55 does cover is keeping the site running: hosting, security, software updates, backups and fixing anything that breaks.
I already have a website. Can you take it over?
Usually, yes. Most of the time we rebuild it properly rather than patching what's there, and we'll keep the pages that Google already ranks so you don't lose ground. Send us the address and we'll tell you straight whether it's worth rebuilding.
